Instructions to Complete the Scholarship Eligibility Questionnaire

  • There are two scholarship applications (High School Senior Application and Renewal Application for Continuing College Students) available at the bottom of this page. You should select and complete the application that applies to you.

If you will be graduating from high school in 2023, select the “More” button under “DC-CAP Scholarship Application for High School Seniors." Once you click “More,” you will be able to select the "Apply" button to begin the scholarship eligibility questionnaire.

If you graduated from high school in 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022, select the “More” button under “DC-CAP Renewal Scholarship for Continuing College Students." Once you click “More,” you will be able to select the "Apply" button to begin the scholarship eligibility questionnaire.

  • Complete the scholarship eligibility questions. Please answer these questions correctly to help DC-CAP to determine if you are eligible for our scholarship programs.

  • Upload all required documents, in PDF form. Documents you need to gather for the application are as follows:

    1. Student Aid Report for 2023-2024 school year. Please make sure it is the full SAR report and not a screenshot of the first page.

    3. Full transcript for the 2022-2023 school year. This document should include all credits received to date and your current GPA. Please make sure the institution is visible on the documents.

    4. Students renewing a University Partner Scholarship will also need to upload a copy of the 2023-2024 DC-TAG Eligibility letter from OSSE.

  • If we determine that you are eligible for the scholarship programs, you will be asked to click "Apply".
